This is actually my second attempt at blogging. Many years ago I had a blog that I used for posting my art projects and joining challenges on and I really enjoyed it. This time things will be abit different. The content will be more about projects and tutorials and colour theory and just my take on my art. I want to explore more, every medium and style I can. I have some ideas for posts and works on just colour alone so we will do a series on colour theory and posts on where you can find me teaching and selling my works.
I work in alot of different mediums, pencil, pen and ink, pencil crayon, watercolour, acrylic, and I like to use them all at once in mixed media pieces as well.
Art is so subjective and is seen so differently by everyone. What one person finds inspiring and beautiful another person will not be affected by at all. Some people find realism the ultimate goal of creativity, others find it just a stepping stone. I like to work all over the map creatively. Perhaps that is a lack of style… perhaps a lack of focus? I prefer to look at is as a love for it all! I want to try it all and I am going to take you a long with me in these posts.
